Spinal Cord Injury Center, Minneapolis, MN

EBA developed a space program which includes two design concepts. Both design concepts are located onsite and connect directly to the VA Medical Center structure. The first concept has two stories with a basement and interstitial space between each level. Each concept has a separate entrance and parking designated for 45 spaces. Separate cost estimates were developed for each concept.
