The Department of Veterans Affairs, Nursing Home Care Unit at the VA Medical Center in Washington, DC engaged EBA to develop construction documents and designs for the Phase II development, programming, analysis of site conditions, planning of med gasses, design and analysis of building system.

Among the Patient Privacy objectives was to provide ADA compliant bathrooms with access being restricted to use by one patient per room. Previously, bathrooms were shared between patient rooms.
