Logan Court, Washington D.C.

Located in the heart of one of the District of Columbia's renaissance communities, the Logan Court Development is an ambitious undertaking begun in earnest by MANNA, Inc. a local not-for-profit developer in Washington, D.C. The development is a complete city block which is located in northwest Washington near the historic Logan Circle. Both renovation and new construction were involved in the Logan Court project. The new construction was the responsibility of EBA and consists of three structures; two of which are the anchors of the development in that they are located on the corners of the development. The designs while conservative in elevation are contemporary in plan and reflect the styles of the adjacent structures and the surrounding neighborhood.
This project entailed three multi-family housing units of distinctly varying sizes: one designed for three families; one designed for four families and one for eight families.
