As the Master Plan Architects for the Nehemiah Development Project, EBA has become a part of the first successful design team within the 14th Street Corridor of Northwest Washington, D.C. for multiple site redevelopment. The four sites included under the Nehemiah Master Plan are located along 14th Street, NW, between Florida Avenue and Chapin Streets. This development project recently became the recipient of the prestigious Maxwell Award of Excellence presented by the Fannie Mae Foundation.
