People’s Involvement Corporation retained EBA for architectural services related to the Rittenhouse Development in Washington, DC. The project took considerable planning and design analysis as it consisted of two original structures on a common piece of property with a total of 30 dwellings.

The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) Inter-County Connector (ICC) is a major new thoroughfare designed to support vehicular traffic between Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland.

VA Columbus Electrical Study & Analysis

EBA was contracted by the VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) in Columbus, Ohio to perform an electrical investigation to discover the source of power quality anomalies, such as current spikes and voltage sags, in an effort to determine the cause of single phase power outages.
