COMMUNITY CENTER:
Westside Community Center, Salisbury, MD

The City of Salisbury and the Westside Community Center Foundation Board sought to create a community center for the citizens of Salisbury's Westside. The project consisted of many variables unique to the immediate community as well as activities and programs which are universal to any American city.

In order to attain the goals of the community, EBA performed the following services:
