Our commitment to quality, community-driven design has yielded work with organizations across the United States ranging from non-profits to private developers to major corporations. In the DC Metro area, we have worked with MANNA, Inc., Development Corporation of Columbia Heights, Horning Brothers, and People’s Involvement Corporation. We are also skilled with public approval processes, and have presented major development projects to public entities including; the National Capitol Planning Commission, National Capital Park and Planning Commission, DC City Council, Local Historic Community Organizations, Area Neighborhood Commissions, the DC Historic Preservation Review Board, and the Montgomery County Zoning Board.

People’s Involvement Corporation retained EBA for architectural services related to the Rittenhouse Development in Washington, DC. The project took considerable planning and design analysis as it consisted of two original structures on a common piece of property with a total of 30 dwellings.

VA Columbus Electrical Study & Analysis
