The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) engaged EBA to design the multi-specialty clinic in Mesa, Arizona. We developed alternative concepts and schematic plans, including concept design considerations for the comparison of a single story facility versus multiple floor scheme. Each concept was to be developed with the potential of 50% growth in square feet. The two story facility of approximately 60,000 SF will provide primary health care and mental health care services for veterans. The design program includes patient examination and procedure rooms, clinical laboratory, rehabilitation, dental, audiology, radiology, physician and nursing office space, conference rooms and clinical administrative space, and other supportive services.
