The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) was seeking to develop a space program, schematic site, and building designs by which a design and construction package may be awarded for the replacement of a medical outpatient clinic located in Binghamton, NY. The VA retained EBA for the pre-design and SFO schedule development tasks for the one story 25,000 SF facility. The services provided for this project include: assisting with site market surveys, development of concepts, site planning for the proposed structure, development and refinement of the building program utilizing SEPSII, development of finish schedules, editing of technical aspects of the SFO, pre-bid conference assistance, refinement of design, cost estimate analysis, and coordination with real estate broker.
