Goodloe Home – Adaptive Reuse

EBA provided analysis, documentation, design recommendations, and construction document services for the adaptive reuse of the historic Goodloe Home for Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. EBA surveyed existing conditions and prepared a report to determine the scope of work for adaptive reuse of the historic home. Built in 1916, the Goodloe Home was once the private residence of Mr. Don S.S. Goodloe, the first principal of the Maryland Normal and Industrial School which became Bowie State University.
