The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) engaged the services of EBA to provide structural and nonstructural related seismic study assessment services for five buildings at the Spokane Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Spokane, Washington. The objective of the study was to assess, identify, report conditions, and furnish recommendations related to the seismic deficiencies, remediation, and corrections for the specified buildings on the campus. In addition to the assessments, EBA provided phasing considerations and cost estimates to quantify the impacts of the required remediation.
