The proposed Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Anderson, SC is planned as a free standing Two-story leased facility. The new building will house Primary Care services, Mental Health services, Prosthetic and Physical Therapy, with support functions of Radiology, Audiology, Lab, and Pharmacy.
This project proposes the lease of 44,238 net usable square feet (NUSF). The design is based to the extent possible on the CBOC prototypes developed by the VA, with modifications to meet the specific needs of the facility. An effort has been made to achieve standardization in the use of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) modules.
