Facilitation Services:
EBA provides facilitation and related decision support services for agencies engaged in collaboration efforts, working groups, or teams. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Defining, refining, and direction for planning resolution
- Leading and facilitating group briefings, workshops, and discussions, enabling focused decision-making
- Manual recording of discussion content and related facilitation support services
- Debriefing stakeholders
- Preparing and providing draft and final reports relating to the facilitated issues
