Atlanta VA Medical Center

The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Facilities Management (VAFM) engaged EBA for the development of a design concept and analysis for the renovation project at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Atlanta, Georgia.

National Institutes of Health, National Eye Institute

The National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) National Eye Institute (NEI), located at the Bethesda Campus in Maryland, sought to develop a program that would provide the necessary requirements in planning an efficient space plan for approximately 13,000 SF of office space.

Las Vegas VA Medical Center, Master Plan

Rittenhouse Condominiums

People’s Involvement Corporation retained EBA for architectural services related to the Rittenhouse Development in Washington, DC. The project took considerable planning and design analysis as it consisted of two original structures on a common piece of property with a total of 30 dwellings.

Logan Court Development

Manna Inc. selected EBA in a joint venture with Andrew Bryant Associates to design three structures that anchor the 1100 block of “O” Street Northwest in Washington, DC.

Prince George’s County Government Parking Garage

The Prince George’s County Administration Building Parking Garage is a three level structure with pedestrian walkways surrounding the Prince George’s County Administration Building.

Muirkirk MARC Station, Mixed-Use Development

The Maryland Transportation Authority (MTA) sought to develop a space use program and a conceptual site and building design of a Mixed-use Transportation Center at the Muirkirk Station in Beltsville, Maryland.

BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, Multiple Projects

Inter-County Connector

The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) Inter-County Connector (ICC) is a major new thoroughfare designed to support vehicular traffic between Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland.

VA Columbus Electrical Study & Analysis

EBA was contracted by the VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) in Columbus, Ohio to perform an electrical investigation to discover the source of power quality anomalies, such as current spikes and voltage sags, in an effort to determine the cause of single phase power outages.

VA Risk Assessment Study
